This multi-grip chin up or pull up bar (sometimes called a monkey bar) mounts 48'' onto standard wooden studs. It has a variety of grip positions to keep your workout versatile and challenging.

It can be flipped if a low ceiling height is a concern. The bar comes with mounting hardware for concrete anchoring. It can also can be mounted to wood studs with additional hardware (lag bolt).
