This rate applies mostly for larger items, such as treadmills, ellipticals or bikes, etc. Our local delivery area covers Surrey only.
Our Zone 2 delivery area includes White Rock, Delta, Abbotsford, Mission and all municaplities that are over the bridge, such as Vancouver, Burnaby, Ladner, New Westminster, Coquitlam, and Maple Ridge.
Our Zone 3 delivery area includes North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Richmond, Tsawwassen and Chilliwack.
When you place your order, your credit card will not be charged until we consult with you first about actual shipping cost applicable to your order because shipping charges vary from customer to customer depending on your delivery destination and product weight! This was a really great experience overall. I say this because COVID had just started and Great Life seemed to make it really easy. I am very happy with my purchase. I had originally ordered this bike online from another company in BC but then I found Great Life Fitness online and noticed it is located in Kitchener, so I cancelled my other order and glad I did! The cost to ship, which was less than the other company, included installation anywhere in the home, so that was also a huge bonus. The customer service was friendly and informative, my order arrived quicker than expected and the installation took 20 mins, including a quick demo!
