You will pickup your order from our store in Surrey, BC.
This rate applies mostly for larger items, such as treadmills, ellipticals or bikes, etc. Our local delivery area covers Surrey only.
Our Zone 2 delivery area includes White Rock, Delta, Abbotsford, Mission and all municaplities that are over the bridge, such as Vancouver, Burnaby, Ladner, New Westminster, Coquitlam, and Maple Ridge.
Our Zone 3 delivery area includes North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Richmond, Tsawwassen and Chilliwack.
When you place your order, your credit card will not be charged until we consult with you first about actual shipping cost applicable to your order because shipping charges vary from customer to customer depending on your delivery destination and product weight! Once you place your order, here is what happens:

The Company genuinely cares about what you are looking for and ensuring that you purchase the correct product from them, not just the most expensive or one with too many bells and whistler that you aren't looking for. From my first call to Rick when I was unsure of which treadmill to purchase, to my "test drive" in the store to delivery, I can't say enough about how much they go above and beyond to ensure that your are satisfied with your purchase.
