Progression X-plode Cast Iron Kettlebells are a popular choice for our customers. Featuring a powder coat finish, with a large handled surface, they give you the perfect amount of grip. Kettlebells are made using high quality iron molded from a single-piece casting. This process increases the quality greatly, creating a stronger, more reliable handle, increasing overall longevity.

Kettlebells contribute to some of the most efficient work-outs on the market with an average of 15-30 minutes for lean and healthy results. Kettlebells are so affective because they have you working the whole body in conjunction together.

Kettlebells display both KG ad LBS for added convenience, and are available in 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 20, 24, 28, 32, 36 & 40kg.

Tips:

It’s important when using the kettlebell to keep your body in alignment, always looking straight ahead, not at the kettlebell or down at the floor. Keep weight on heels, shoulder width apart, pinch shoulder blades, looking straight ahead and bend knees at the hips to achieve a proper squat. It’s important to master your squat formation and keep your body aligned to prevent injury.  

 Pre-working out your muscles and joints before lifting is essential for a safe effective work-out.

When choosing the right kettlebell for you, try lifting the one of your choosing. If it feels like you can lift it, try lifting it above your head 10 times, if you can do this, you might need to go up in size. It’s sometimes recommended you get 2 different sizes, since there are exercises you can do above your head, and exercises you use mostly core lower body strength.
