Knowing Your Rope: Having a steel wire rope with PVC coating, and a ball bearing system will extend the life of the rope, while presenting ease of maneuverability. Make sure you always adjust the rope, so it’s sized correctly for you. Some suggest the adjusted rope should be roughly 3 feet taller than however tall you are. Another method is stepping into the middle of the rope on the ground, holding the rope on either side, then bending your elbow 90 degrees. When you adjust the rope to the proper height with collar screws (easily done with a Philips screwdriver).

The rope is designed to work with any height, as the screws allow for seamless adjusting to fit your desired length.
