You will pickup your order from our store in Surrey, BC.
This rate applies mostly for larger items, such as treadmills, ellipticals or bikes, etc. Our local delivery area covers Surrey only.
Our Zone 2 delivery area includes White Rock, Delta, Abbotsford, Mission and all municaplities that are over the bridge, such as Vancouver, Burnaby, Ladner, New Westminster, Coquitlam, and Maple Ridge.
Our Zone 3 delivery area includes North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Richmond, Tsawwassen and Chilliwack.
When you place your order, your credit card will not be charged until we consult with you first about actual shipping cost applicable to your order because shipping charges vary from customer to customer depending on your delivery destination and product weight! We are very happy with our recent purchase. The product arrived quickly, shipping the day the order was placed. The product itself is very good quality, and is a perfect fit for our Vo3 bench that we purchased in 2013. This goes to show the consistency of the products they sell. Our only small concern is that the locking clamp for the weight is just a little bit too snug, it doesn't quite loosen enough to remove or replace smoothly.
