Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds

Unopened Items:

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the package is unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • Shipping costs associated with the sale are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • For items marked as "free delivery," a shipping fee may apply and will also be deducted from the refund.

Opened or Damaged Items:

  • Authorized returns of opened or damaged items will incur a 30% restocking fee, less shipping costs.
  • Custom orders and modified items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Final Sale Items:

  • Weights (including dumbbells, plates, and kettlebells), electronics, service parts, wearables, mats, clearance equipment, and all customized items are final sale.
  • All parts, such as belts, electronic components, consoles, and decks, are also final sale.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total.

Backorders

  • Customers will be notified of an approximate lead time for backordered products.
  • If the item remains unavailable beyond the expected lead time, Great Life Fitness will contact you to initiate a refund.

Made-to-Order & Custom Orders

  • Made-to-order and custom items are non-refundable after payment has been received and the order has been placed.

Order Changes or Cancellations

  • Order Changes: Call us at 1.844.746.8129 to request changes. Changes can only be made within a limited time after placing the order.
  • Order Cancellations: Call us at 1.844.746.8129 to request cancellations. Orders can only be canceled within a limited time after being placed.

Damaged Products

  • Upon Arrival: If the product arrives damaged, take photos and email them to askus@greatlifefitness.com with your order number. We will assist with the necessary steps.
  • While in Use: If an issue arises during use, we will initiate a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
