Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the package is unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging.

Opened or Damaged Items:
Authorized returns of opened or damaged items will incur a 30% restocking fee, less shipping costs.
Custom orders and modified items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Final Sale Items:
Weights (including dumbbells, plates, and kettlebells), electronics, service parts, wearables, mats, clearance equipment, and all customized items are final sale.
All parts, such as belts, electronic components, consoles, and decks, are also final sale.

If the item remains unavailable beyond the expected lead time, Great Life Fitness will contact you to initiate a refund.

Damaged Products
Upon Arrival: If the product arrives damaged, take photos and email them to askus@greatlifefitness.com with your order number. We will assist with the necessary steps.
