Build your back with the versatile and space-efficient Lat Pulldown Low Row Machine.

Versatility is the holy grail for a home gym. With this machine, you can do lat pulldowns, cable rows, and other cable exercises using the same machine, seamlessly switching between settings. The colossal 310lb stack or 8.5" loadable weight horns feature a 1:1 pull ratio and 15+ attachments offer endless training.

The upright is also compatible with our 2.3" x 2.3" power rack attachments — the Y Dip, Seal Row Pad, and Landmine unlock even more exercises in the same small footprint. Micro-load with the Weight Stack Pin and overload with Resistance bands to really make your muscles sizzle—you won't outgrow this bad boy! Use the Lat Pulldown Upgrade Kit to transform your plate-loaded machine into a weight stack beast.

IMPORTANT: We highly encourage bolting the unit down to ensure the user and equipment's safety. Mounting hardware is not included, but we recommend Tapcon+ screws. Includes stainless steel Lat Bar and Band Pegs. Ships unassembled.
