This rate applies mostly for larger items, such as treadmills, ellipticals or bikes, etc. Our local delivery area covers Surrey only.
Our Zone 2 delivery area includes White Rock, Delta, Abbotsford, Mission and all municaplities that are over the bridge, such as Vancouver, Burnaby, Ladner, New Westminster, Coquitlam, and Maple Ridge.
Our Zone 3 delivery area includes North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Richmond, Tsawwassen and Chilliwack.
When you place your order, your credit card will not be charged until we consult with you first about actual shipping cost applicable to your order because shipping charges vary from customer to customer depending on your delivery destination and product weight! I was returning home from abroad and needed a quality treadmill for my 14-day COVID quarantine period and for the months to follow. Because of the unprecedented high demand for exercise equipment at that time, Great Life was completely sold out of the unit I wanted but they never gave up finding a way to satisfy my needs.
After a few delays in shipping as a result of OEM shipping issues, Great Life bent over backwards to make sure the treadmill was installed and ready to go in my condo upon my return.
I am very satisfied with the performance of the treadmill and especially appreciative of Rick, the owner, for keeping his word and making it all happen on a very tight time schedule. It's been a life saver being able to work out at home during this Covid crisis.
