Pandemic hit and everyone was scrambling for equipment, weights and machines. I ended up spending a little more money on the Smith Machine and attachment but so worth the extra money. Great piece of equipment and they went out of their way to have it delivered to me that day! Great service. Thank you.

Great service and above standard customer service skills. I live in Ontario and ordered from Great Life Fitness. Rick and Michelle answered all my questions while other fitness suppliers were not even responding to my emails or answering my calls during the Covid-19 ordeal.

Rick and Michelle were answering my questions the same day.

We bought a treadmill from Rick and Michelle and were so happy with the amazing service! We live in Ontario, so it was a such a pleasant surprise to have people give us such great service from such a distance! They were helpful and informative and we really felt like we were in great hands! I highly recommend buying from Great Life Fitness Store! We weren’t just a number, we got amazing service!
