Good tread at a great price. Has the features you need without a bunch of extra gimmicks and to find good quality, reasonably priced IN STOCK was amazing. The customer service team was very responsive, got my shipping quote quickly and didn’t charge me anything until I was happy with the cost. Very reasonable and fast shipping to Ontario in a rural area. The tread was in my home and setup in less than a week from ordering. The shipping company called to arrange delivery and was on time.

Pandemic hit and everyone was scrambling for equipment, weights and machines. I ended up spending a little more money on the Smith Machine and attachment but so worth the extra money. Great piece of equipment and they went out of their way to have it delivered to me that day! Great service. Thank you.

Great service and above standard customer service skills. I live in Ontario and ordered from Great Life Fitness. Rick and Michelle answered all my questions while other fitness suppliers were not even responding to my emails or answering my calls during the Covid-19 ordeal.

Rick and Michelle were answering my questions the same day.
