Since COVID I’ve dealt with a number of fitness stores looking for a stepmill and every store said it’s not possible to find cardio machines etc etc . When I contacted Great Life they (Rick) went above and beyond to get me a stepmill!
Less then a week later I was getting the machine and I am very happy with my purchase. He made the arrangements for delivery and set up on Vancouver island the service was exceptional and I look forward to going into the store when I come to the main landðŸ™ðŸ»

After dropping one of my cast-iron Olympic plates on our recently installed laminate floor and causing huge dents (yes, plural, as the damn plate rolled around before it came to rest:-), I've decided to replace all my cast iron plates with these rubber coated plates. I can't be happier with my purchase. As if Karma playing some tricks with me, I've dropped these plates couple times on the very same floor already and they just bounce back, without causing any damage to the floor. Oh, these plates are also very quiet and don't make those metal clunking or rattling noise when you do your reps, which is an added bonus I didn't think I would appreciate.... I highly recommend these rubber-coated plates....
