I ordered a couple of shipments from bells of steel. The whole experience was easy and stress free. Paige took my orders, checked the items for compatibility and even double checked that the colors I chose were correct!
Their was a small problem with an incompatible item, but Michelle switched out the item with no hesitation and now everything works great. Everyone I dealt with at the store were helpful as well.
They have been in business in the same location for 20+ years, a testament to the outstanding customer service. I will continue to order things from Great Life Fitness if I need anything, and so should you!

Rick outfitted my home gym 20 years ago and I couldn't believe he's still the owner and is still located in the same building in Guildford. How many other small businesses do you know that are still around after 20+ years and in the same location. That's a testament to their customer service. Dropped in today to pick up a few extra items for my gym and he promptly ended his phone call to help me. Hopefully it won't be another 20 years before I pay the store another visit.

Not only that the caliber of quality of the gloves i purchased is very high for the price. Excellent comfort and pop. The ability to make a fist and open up to palm is a must for me. I received the machine within about a week. Had it shipped to the store at no extra cost. Put it together in a couple hours. It is a little complex but only because the bolts are not labelled and have to be measured for correct placing. Otherwise it's a great machine with smooth operation.

Great product, thicker than most and made in Canada... Very happy, but it took a few weeks to arrived. Apparently, my credit card wasn't valid or something like that; I had to do an e-transfert for my order to get through. Oh well, it's here now. Cheers
