The Body-Solid 45 Hyperextension is sturdy, compact, and effective for strengthening the lower back, glutes, hamstrings, and core. The build quality appears to be excellent, and it feels very stable during use. I also had a great experience with Great Life Fitness, whose service was professional, responsive, and easy to work with from purchase through delivery. Overall, both the equipment and customer experience exceeded my expectations.
