Hi there. I felt the young lady that helped me was caring and genuinely interesting in giving good service. She was happy, friendly and listened well. Sometimes you don't always get friendly service or see happy people in general.
She answered my questions and searched out products on her laptop and showed me. She gave me options of items and prices. She showed she cared. I saw that in her service to the previous customer also. Definitely a good place to shop. I shopped here years ago and still have the products and they work very well. I came to the store on a busy Saturday and the young lady that helped my sister and I with our purchases was outstanding. Although she was with another customer, we were quickly acknowledged and invited to look around while she finished with her current customer.
We were a little uncertain about what exactly we wanted to buy and she was very well informed about the fitness equipment both in stock, and available to be brought in as a special order.
We ended up very happy with our purchases and will definitely return for our future needs.

I recently made a purchase from Great Life Fitness and I had a very pleasant experience. I was looking for some equipment for my small, home gym and came into the store looking for what I thought I needed. I dealt with Paige and she patiently showed me a variety of products.
