After my last treadmill finally gave out the service individual suggested Great Life Fitness. I was able to purchase my new treadmill online. They immediately contacted me to let me know that the one I purchased was on back order and provide options. I let them know that I was ok with that. They provided me expected time delivery. From purchasing, communication to final delivery everything went according to plan and i have appreciated the ease and service of the whole process. I am up and running !

I visited the store to purchase an elliptical, having already researched and decided on the exact model I wanted. While it wasn’t available in stock at the retail location, they had it at their Maple Ridge warehouse. The team arranged to have it brought in the next day, and I was able to pick it up the same day it arrived. Excellent service and highly satisfied!

The shipping was fast, the cost of the product are good so as the shipping fees for traveling across canada. Seller forgot one piece but send it right away and I received it with miniml delay. Answer quickly to questions.

I bought my first power rack many years ago here, and bought some cardio machines many years ago.
Went back there today and was amazed at the selection and very reasonable prices. The staff went out of the way, to make sure that I got the product that I needed and gave great advice on future products, that I will l definitely come back for soon.

Even though we purchased this several months back, we wanted to see how we felt and thought about the products we obtained after we have used them for a while.
Service: first rate no pressure just useful advice and follow through on promises made.
Products: body craft gym is well made and ergonomically well designed making it easy to use and get value from the workouts themselves. The Nuobell dumb bells, very well designed and made, and very easy to adjust and use.
