We just bought a Spirit XT 385 treadmill and are very pleased with the product. The staff at Great Life really helped us chose a treadmill that fit our needs in a sea of thousands of different options and prices. The prices at Great Life are very competitive but what sets them apart is the personal local service and knowledge.
We were also very impressed with the delivery and set up service with Michael and Vova who delivered our treadmill plus set it up. They were very quick, professional and showed us all of the features of the model we bought. It may cost you a few more bucks to get delivery and set up but was well worth it.

This is the only store in the Vancouver region that stocks these wrist guards. If you use kettlebells regularly you’ll know how they can leave bruises on your wrists. When I visited the store I was impressed by all the fitness equipment they sell and that they are centrally located. I received excellent service from Paige. I definitely recommend this store .

This machine is a great addition to my home gym. In fact this would be the only machine that I would need for a whole body workout. One can do several types of exercises on this one machine as your creativity allows you. Squats, Hack Squats, Roman Deadlifts. Leg Raises, Shoulders, Back and lats. Of course full chest workouts. I've had this machine for a week now, I bought it because I have no spotter for chest day. In a week of workouts, a already feel a difference at 53 years old. Great motivator for continuous workouts especially at my age.
